Balkan Regional Conference 2024
The BESTbelt Balkan Regional Conference took place from 13 – 16 May 2024 in Haskovo (Bulgaria), in the transboundary region between Bulgaria, Greece and Türkiye. Over 40 participants from more than 20 organisations and all 9 countries of the Balkan Green Belt attended the conference.
The Regional Conference provided a great opportunity for exchange and knowledge transfer among current and former BESTbelt grantees, to increase networking opportunities, to inform potential grantees and to strengthen the BESTbelt and European Green Belt community in the Balkan Green Belt.
